Am I human? Am I Human?

That was the question that I asked myself as I was standing on top of the cliff, with the rain and the wind blowing furiously around me.

"Am I Human?"

That is a very simple question for most people. Either you are a human or you are an animal, it's as simple as that. For me, that is not the case.
I'm not what you can call human, (after all: since when did humans have wings or a tail or maybe fangs and claws that could tear anyone that gets in their way to shreds?) but I'm not what you call animal either. Animals can't talk or walk on two legs or choose. They don't have what humans call "a mind", they just go on pure instinct aAm I human? by ~zekk94

This a story of what can happen if all the pieces are in place. One of the most interesting things about the world is the sheer lack of appreciation for its size. The world is a big place, anything can happen. Nothing is impossible, only improbable.

My name is Ethan, my friends call me Farm Fresh and I was just your typical 6’ 1” lanky college guy. I’m going to tell you a story of what happened when I was at an airsoft operation. Dragon otherkin There is a huge difference between physical body and spirits. They are two separate things, and they are not necessarily the same. Take otherkin for example, they are human in body…but something else in spirit. You may or may not believe on otherkin…but I want you to believe that the soul exists. And if you want a proof…well…you have to look at yourself. I cannot place a mirror in front of you, and say: “Look…that is your soul”, you have to find it on your own.

Feral Time, Part 2  Morning came a lot faster than I thought. The sounds of birds chirping woke me up, as did the sound of my tent being unzipped. I looked out from the safety of my sleeping bag and saw Claw's muzzled face looking back at me.

"Morning Farm," he said with a smile that showed off his very white and sharp looking teeth, "Time to wake up, pack up and start your real vacation."

I let out a groan. I didn't really want to go through with his plan for my vacation. Running around in the woods seemed like something I'd both not enjoy and be lots more work. I am the light and the elder.
I wonder how long I will be.
I hear the roar of my brethren.
I see the mountains, my home.
I want to be free.

I pretend to like them all.
I feel nothing for most of them.

I worry when we shall be.
I cry for those who die before their time.

The Dragon Story There once was a dragon that flew high in the skies
He always stayed away form everyone after his heart was hurt.
He spent almost every day crying, never seeing anything below
But one day while flying he sees a small light that shines like a beacon in the night
He looks down and sees a girl standing there looking back up at him.
She waves at him and instead of flying down, he takes off scared
She giggles and watches him
He comes back and lands next to her
She says to him "why did you fly off you silly dragon"
He looked nervous and said "I thought you wanted to hurt me"
She giggled "Now why would I do that"

Group Policy Overview

Below is an overview of the group policies as they apply to non-administrators. Administrators have additional policies that apply to their administrative actions.

New member applications:
All applications must be reviewed by an administrator. Please explain why you would like to join the group when submitting an application. Also keep in mind that this is not a group designed for dragon fans or dragon roleplayers. You will need to show that you understand what otherkin are before your application can be accepted.

Gallery submissions:
All gallery submissions must be relevant to dragonkin, and not merely relevant to dragons or otherkin in general. New submissions go in the Featured folder so they can be sorted and categorized. You may be asked questions about your submissions by an administrator.

Favorites submissions:
Group favorites have a wider scope than the group gallery. Deviations that are outside the gallery's scope but are related to dragons or otherkin go here. Also, deviations that are within the gallery's scope but are not accepted by the author or artist go in the "Author Unapproved" folder in the group favorites.

Affiliates:
All affiliated groups must have otherkin, therians, or similar as their focus. Affiliate requests for general dragon art groups will be denied. Affiliate requests may be accepted or denied for other reasons as well, but an administrator will explain the rationale behind the decision in these cases.

How to become an admin:
Send a note to ~TatharNuar asking for information on how to become an administrator for the group. New administrators are usually added as contributors, who can accept, reject, and sort submissions in the gallery and group favorites.
